Delicate, dry and herbaceous. Pear Cheshire Gin, Lillet Blanc, apple juice and rosemary.
Aged Negroni:
Using a local Cheshire gin to bring life into one of the most popular gin classics. Henstone Rosé Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari.

A gin twist on a classic sipper with a fruity twist. Malfy Limone, blackberry liqueur, cranberry juice and lemon.

A tiki inspired cocktail with delicate notes. Spiced rum, pineapple juice, fresh ginger and caramel.

A refreshing cocktail with a light palette. Tequila, grapefruit liqueur, elderflower, egg white with a half salted rim.

Smokey and sweet with a hint of bitter. Mezcal, Aperol, passionfruit, egg white and cucumber.
Classic Mai Tai:
A traditional classic (Trader Vic) Mai Tai. Fruity, Tiki and sweet all in one glass. Spiced rum, Cointreau, almond syrup and bitters.
